On 11/03/2015, Trang Corporation (TFC) held a roadshow to introduce investment opportunities in TFC.


At the roadshow, Vo Thien Chuong, CFO of TFC announced business results in the first 9 months of 2015. Specifically, TFC reached 329 billion in revenue, increase 12% incomparison with the same period last year. Profit after tax was 40 billion, increase 5% over the same period. EPS is VND 4,500.


With this result, TFC has completed 65% of the planned revenues and 80% target profit of 2015.

He also said in this year's plan, TFC expected the dividend payment in shares of 25%.

Trang Corporation was established on January 7/2004 with a 10,000m2 factory in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, a capacity of 16 tons / day. The company produces nearly 180 seafood products including frozen processed, semi-processed foods and pastries. 5 major product groups include: shrimp tempura, prawn filo, sea fish, skewered and dim sum. Shrimp products group contributed more than 70% of annual turnover of the company.

On the supply of inputs, besides raw materials domestically, TFC also import raw materials, especially shrimp from India and Indonesia. The Company is in the process of negotiating to buy a seafood company in the country to take advantage of raw materials.

On the consumer market, this business currently distributes its products in the supermarket chain such as Costco, Walmart (USA), Sainsbury's, Iceland (UK), Woodworths (Australia), Semiwon Food (Korea ), KFC Asia ... Since 2015, the company promoted the product in the Asian markets, which are Japan, South Korea and the Middle East.

TFC has two subsidiaries: Dary Food Co. (TFC holding 65%) and  Dasumy (75%). Dary activities in the field of providing cold storage and implementation of primary processing products. Dasumy also specializes in producing all kinds of pastries, bakery. Dasumy opened retail store in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City earlier this year.
