TFC Shareholders' Meeting : approved plans to issue 10 million shares

On April 4th , the annual shareholder meeting of Trang Corcoporation (TFC ) approved the  action plan in 2016 , as well as the increase of the charter capital of the Company.

In 2016 - 2017 , TFC is expected to issue a maximum of 10 million shares to strategic shareholders at a price decided by the Board .

Trang Corporation profit 40 billions in 9 months, listed in HNX on 11/2015

On 03/11/2015, Trang Corporation (TFC) held a roadshow to introduce investment opportunities of the company.

At the roadshow, Vo Thien Chuong, CFO of TFC announced business results in the first 9 months of 2015. Specifically, TFC reached 329 billion in revenue, increase 12% incomparison with the same period last year. Profit after tax was 40 billion, increase 5% over the same period. EPS is VND 4,500.

In 2018, the output of pollock Vietnam may increase 6 times

Mr. Andrey Teterkin, CEO of Russia Seafood Corporation (RFC), DN keeping pollock quotas largest Russian said that in the next few years Vietnam will soon replace China in its role as a processing center whitefish.
